Today was unusually mild for August, so I decided to do something I’d been putting off all summer. The pond I put in 7 years ago has been deteriorating a bit. Apparently water has been undermining the back wall, which has been nearly collapsing for the last several months. I think the water is coming from farther up the hill, not the pond itself. Here’s a picture of it at 9 am today.
